HCG (Pregnyl)

HCG (Pregnyl)

🧬 Clinical Overview

What it is:

Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) is a naturally occurring peptide hormone that mimics luteinizing hormone (LH) , stimulating the testes to produce testosterone and maintain fertility. In men, HCG is used to preserve testicular function , prevent atrophy during TRT , or boost natural testosterone production . It’s a cornerstone compound in hormone optimization protocols for both fertility and testosterone maintenance. We offer the commercial version of HCG called Pregnyl.

Mechanism of Action:

Mimics luteinizing hormone (LH) to stimulate Leydig cells in the testes

Promotes testosterone synthesis and spermatogenesis

Prevents testicular atrophy during or after testosterone replacement therapy

Supports libido, mood, and energy through endogenous hormone regulation
