What it is:

Tesamorelin is a synthetic growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH) analog that powerfully stimulates endogenous growth hormone (GH) secretion. It’s FDA-approved for HIV-associated lipodystrophy but used off-label in regenerative and performance medicine to reduce visceral fat , improve metabolism , and enhance body composition . Compared to Sermorelin, Tesamorelin provides a stronger GH pulse and more pronounced fat-reduction effects while maintaining physiologic regulation.

Mechanism of Action:

Binds to GHRH receptors in the pituitary gland to increase GH release and boost IGF-1 production

Promotes lipolysis and reduces visceral abdominal fat
